CORE 12 Month Warranty Against Defects

This product warranty against defects is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty excludes damage or costs incurred due to incorrect use or installation, modifications, or product neglect.

To claim under this warranty, the consumer must return the faulty product to the retail store it was purchased from together with proof of purchase.

 
The retailer will supply a refund or replacement product at no cost to the consumer.

This warranty against defects is provided in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The warranty covers domestic use only and does not apply to commercial applications.
